Current status

Works now underway include the construction of three new modular buildings for the Gateway Clinic, Medical Overnight Accommodation and Short Term Loan Pool Equipment Store, as well as other minor works including alterations to the SWAHS 2 Building to accommodate the decant of Learning & Development and Multicultural Health teams currently located on the new East Block 'footprint'.
This package of work will be carried out by Donnelley Constructions and is expected to be completed in October 2009. Early work will be followed by the demolition of buildings on the footprint, then the start of construction on the new East Block in early 2010.
